Terms of Luxury Sales

1. Terms of Purchase

By placing an order on the Eternity Diamond website, you agree to buy the selected jewelry items at the specified prices, including any applicable gift wrapping and shipping fees. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders due to price calculation anomalies or diamond stock unavailability.

2. Bespoke Customizer Agreements

Bespoke designs are handcrafted according to the specific material settings and finger size inputs selected in our customizer tool. It is the customer's responsibility to verify sizing coordinates (using our sizing guide and calculators) before placing customizer orders.

3. Diamond Certification & Appraisal

Every solitaire center diamond is accompanied by its corresponding GIA laboratory certification grading report. The reports details the diamond's cut, clarity, color, and carat weight parameters. These documents are irreplaceable and must be returned intact in the event of a resizing or return.

4. Lifetime Warranty Specs

Every signature Eternity piece carries a limited lifetime warranty covering structural manufacturing anomalies. This warranty is voided if the jewelry undergoes repair, resizing, or cleaning by an external, unauthorized third-party jewelry workshop.
