Complimentary Shipping & Resizing

1. Secure Insured Delivery

We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders. Due to the high value of our GIA-certified diamond jewelry, every package is fully insured during transit and requires a physical signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes.

2. Processing & Craft Times

- **Signature Collections**: Shipped within 2-3 business days.
- **Bespoke Customizer Designs**: Since custom items are hand-forged by our master jewelers, please allow 2-3 weeks for polishing and diamond mounting before shipment.

3. Complimentary Resizing

Eternity provides one complimentary ring size adjustment within 60 days of purchase for all engagement bands. Sizing is handled in our physical New York boutique workshop by our master silversmiths. Return shipping for resizing is fully covered by our logistics partners.

4. Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn signature pieces in their original packaging with all accompanying GIA certification reports within 30 days of delivery. Due to their custom nature, bespoke customized rings are eligible for size adjustments and repairs, but cannot be returned for full refunds.
